We take orders by phone, e-mail, or online(for items with a buy button next to their picture or description).
If you live near Fort Wayne, Indiana, or will be in the Fort Wayne area, call for an appointment to visit our showroom so you can make your choices in person. If you don't see what you are looking for online, call or email as we have many more items than what we have been able to list on the web page. We have more music books and all our recorded music to list on our website yet.
We accept call-in phone orders between 10:00am & 5pm Monday thru Friday, or on Saturday from 10am till 12:00pm EST. Leave a message if we are unable to take your call, and we will get back to you. We are glad to answer questions and often play dulcimers over the phone to assist people in their choice of instruments.

Please name the item(s) of interest to you or the nature of your question in the subject line of your email, as emails with a vague or nonspecific subject line are likely to be filtered out or deleted because of the amount of spam I have to deal with.
Online Ordering:

and accessories. We keep a larger supply of all those
items,
and if we get a run on a particular item and run out, we can get
restocked in just a couple of days.When you click on the button, you go to your shopping cart page where you will be asked for your name, shipping address, state, email address, and given a chance to send us a brief note or request. Next, you go to a secure SSL page with 128 bit encryption, where you fill in your credit card information. We accept Discover, Visa and Mastercard, but prefer that customers use Discover cards . When we receive notification of your order, we log in and take your credit card info off of the secure server, and process your order as soon as we can get it ready for shipping. When we receive your order, we will e-mail you, and also when it is shipped. Most orders are shipped the next business day.
Online ordering is a relatively recent addition to the Folk Notes pages, so we expect to be adding many more items on a regular basis. Be sure to check back frequently, as many items available for online ordering have never been listed on our pages before.
